FIX - VLC Video player: no plug-in available

Google changed their browser support for NPAPI plugins and extensions. Chrome 42 needs explicit permission to run legacy plugins which now include VLC.

How to Enable Chrome to Load VLC

  1. Type chrome://flags in the browser's address bar and hit enter.
  2. Search for chrome://flags/#enable-npapi on the page. Or, load it directly.
  3. Enable it with a click on the link.
  4. Restart the browser.

All NPAPI plugins installed in Chrome become available again.
