Disappearing Microphone


If the Microphone Symbol disappears, follow these steps:

1. Verify the device is still online?
2. If you are using wifi, try recycling by turning wifi off and back on
3. Verify XPRES is enabled

- Choose you contact's name then tap the MENU button (This is one of your phone/tablets primary keys, usually has 3 lines)
- A box will pop up that will display xpres is on "or" off

4. Should the issue remain, it is recommended you exit BTAC

-Tap the menu button and choose the exit option
- From the phones home screen, tap on the BTAC symbol and re-open the program
